We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Chef to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and 2 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely, meeting quality control standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavors and textures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef in an Indian cuisine setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and spices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food products that meet customer expectations.
