Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, curries, biryanis, poriyal, etc.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Ensure mise en place is ready for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per HACCP / FSSAI standards.
  • Store ingredients properly and monitor freshness of spices, lentils, vegetables, and other South Indian staples.
  • Support senior chefs in menu planning, daily specials, and buffet setups.
  • Assist in controlling wastage and portion control.
  • Cooperate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Handle equipment carefully (wet grinder, dosa tawa, idli steamer, etc.).
  • Maintain consistency in taste, flavor, and presentation.
  • Follow safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
