- Handle inbound or outbound calls of customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of the customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.

- Great English accent.
- Troubleshooting the customer’s problems
- Sell services and product to potential customers.
- Being responsible and attentive.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
