**responsibilities**:

- **Resolving customer complaints**: A customer support executive should be able to handle customer complaints efficiently by listening to their concerns, empathizing with them, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- **Managing customer accounts**: A customer support executive should maintain and update customer records, including their contact information, transaction history, and account preferences.
- **Collaborating with other departments**: A customer support executive should collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the company's strategies and operations.
- **Identifying customer trends**: A customer support executive should monitor customer feedback and identify trends or patterns to help the company improve its products, services, or processes.
- **Maintaining customer satisfaction**: A customer support executive should work towards maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support, following up on customer inquiries, and providing personalized solutions to customer problems.
- **Meeting performance targets**: A customer support executive should meet performance targets set by the company, such as response time, call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.

In addition to these responsibilities, a customer support executive should possess excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset. They should also be able to handle high-stress situations and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
