Presales Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and effectively communicate our products/services' value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and other sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to post-sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth of the presales function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales or similar role, preferably in the International BPO.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Comfortable working during the night shift and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Sales or Presales Management.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Automobile and its market dynamics.
- Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
