**Job Title**: Sales BD and Sales Operations Executive at Inland India
**Location**: Sector 153, Noida Expressway
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling & Client Engagement**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate projects and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information regarding projects and offerings.
- **Client Follow-up**:
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to assist in closing deals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects to ensure a smooth sales process.
- **Sales Operations Support**:
- Assist in managing and updating CRM systems with client information and call details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and conversions.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and support sales opportunities through effective communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure targets are met.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and regularly update progress reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in telecalling, preferably in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
