Job Description:

BD Green Builders and Developers is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into potential site visits or bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and database contacts
  • Pitch our real estate projects to potential buyers over the phone
  • Convert telephonic inquiries into site visits and meetings
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate call records
  • Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule client appointments
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1year of experience in inside sales (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus)
  • Confidence in speaking over the phone and convincing customers
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools
