**Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive (Staffing Industry)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

**Proposal Development and Presentation**:

- Prepare compelling and customized proposals in response to client needs.
- Present staffing solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with operational capabilities.

**Contract Negotiation and Closure**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance.
- Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify business opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the staffing industry.
- In-depth understanding of staffing services, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales and business development experience in the staffing industry.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
