Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sr BD / BD Manager in Computer & Network Security. The Sr BD / BD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing business deals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities.
We are looking for hunters who thrive on winning new business and closing deals. As
a Business Development Manager, you will own a ₹8–12 Cr annual quota, directly
generating new revenue from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in cybersecurity
services and solutions (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel, DFIR).
This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility. You will be responsible for lead
generation, prospecting, pipeline building and closing your own logos, while also
supporting enterprise pursuits led by Senior BD Managers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievement
o Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota of ₹8–12 Cr.
o Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business and
renewals.
o Maintain 6 to 8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activity.
o Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership.
Ø Hunting & Pipeline Generation
o Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS and
Enterprise verticals.
o Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach,
networking and events.
o Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies for top
targets.
Ø Enterprise Sales Execution
o Run the full sales cycle: discovery → qualification → solutioning →
proposal → negotiation → closure.
o Engage with CISOs, CIOs, Risk Heads and IT Directors to position
cybersecurity offerings.
o Drive value based and consultative selling, aligning solutions with
customer pain points.
Ø Account Growth & Expansion
o Build strong multi-threaded relationships inside accounts.
o Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
o Proactively drive upsell and cross-sell across SOC, GRC, SaaS and
Threat Intel portfolios.
o Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals by working with delivery
teams.
Ø Collaboration & Ecosystem Leverage
o Work with Pre-Sales to run PoVs, demos and technical justifications.
o Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events and thought
leadership webinars.
o Collaborate with Alliances & Channel partners (MSPs, SIs, OEMs) to
create joint GTM opportunities.
o Share competitive intelligence and market trends with leadership to
refine sales playbooks.
Ø Reporting & Discipline
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot).
o Track and report deal progression, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
o Ensure all proposals, contracts and pricing approvals follow compliance
guidelines.
o Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and strategy meetings with Senior
BD leadership.
Ø Thought Leadership & Representation
o Represent the company at industry forums, cybersecurity conferences
and CXO events.
o Act as a trusted advisor to customers by staying updated on emerging
threats and regulations.
o Contribute to case studies, success stories and client references that
strengthen brand credibility.
