Position: Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager- BD and Tendering

Experience: 1-6 years in AEC industry

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate(MBA-HR)/B.Tech/Any PG

Role Description:

· Identification of new business opportunities through EPPs, GeM, Tender Tracking websites, newspapers etc.

· Preparation of salient features of tender for Management review

· Preparation of Business Proposals for all Sectors / Services provided by company

· Preparation of business presentations

· Preparation of pre-bid queries and attending pre-bid meetings and BD meetings

· Client liaison and relationship

· Searching & Screening CVs from various Job boards (Naukri, Monster etc.)

· Formatting and enhancing CVs as per requirement of Position given in RFP.

· Negotiation skills

· Maintaining Proposal, CVs & related documents database etc.

· Knowledge of EPPs, GeM, Infracon is preferable

Relevant Experience Required:

· Sourcing of relevant Expert CVs

· CVs formatting and preparation as per RFP requirements

· CV's enhancement as per RFP requirement

· Providing complete Team as per RFP requirements

· Providing pre-bid queries, relaxation for team requirements for attaining maximum team marks

· Taking proper Consent, Salary Consent, CV Undertakings etc. from experts and maintaining records for each project.

· Assist in Preparation of Business Proposals

· Other support as required in BD & Tendering

· Tracking tender opportunities
