The Sr BD / BD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing business deals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities.We are looking for hunters who thrive on winning new business and closing deals. Asa Business Development Manager, you will own a ₹8–12 Cr annual quota, directlygenerating new revenue from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in cybersecurityservices and solutions (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel, DFIR).This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility. You will be responsible for leadgeneration, prospecting, pipeline building and closing your own logos, while alsosupporting enterprise pursuits led by Senior BD Managers.If you are motivated by new logos, big wins and incentivized earnings, this role is foryou.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ø Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievemento Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota of ₹8–12 Cr.o Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business andrenewals.o Maintain 6 to 8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activity.o Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership.Ø Hunting & Pipeline Generationo Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS andEnterprise verticals.o Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach,networking and events.o Develop and execute
