**Business Associate-BD and Growth**:
**Location**: Noida

**Experience**: 2-4 years in consulting, real estate, finance, or related fields

**Qualification**: Postgraduate in Management/Economics/Finance from a Tier 1 or equivalent institution, CFA

**Job Summary**:
The Business Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting real estate acquisitions, managing programs, and contributing to the organization’s growth and strategy initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
a. Conduct primary and secondary market research on real estate markets.

b. Collect, maintain, and monitor key property market indicators.

c. Contribute to proposals on the company’s real estate strategy.

d. Support business and finance teams in fundraising and investor communications.

e. Assist the business head in program management and execution of real estate projects.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Expertise in valuations and financial modeling (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for boards, investors, and CXOs.

Internal Stakeholders: Legal, Finance, Projects, IT, Design, Sales, Marketing, and HR

External Stakeholders: Vendors and Contractors
