Growth Associate

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyse market trends, user data, and feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Design and execute growth experiments, track key performance metrics, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
- Identify new channels and partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends and refine Bidaal’s growth strategies.
- Assist in developing content, presentations, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate Bidaal’s value proposition.
- Leverage customer data to create targeted outreach and personalized user experiences that increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor performance of growth initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Skills Needed:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with growth hacking strategies, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for market opportunities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership of ambitious growth targets.
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing dynamics, particularly within the tech or industrial sectors.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or a data-driven business development role.
- Previous experience in tech startups, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
