**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to a pre-qualified database of potential clients (leads provided).
- Pitch SquareOne Interior’s luxury design services, offerings, and project portfolio convincingly.
- Identify prospects interested in interior design services for their apartments, villas, or commercial properties.
- Schedule site visits or design consultations at our head office with senior designers.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, materials, and previous work.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team to convert leads into closed deals.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, or interior design sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (multilingual preferred).
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project flow is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage databases and follow-up effectively.
- Graduation in any stream; certifications in Interior Design or Sales will be an added advantage.
