We are looking for a proactive and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our team in **Kolkata**. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and generating leads from the provided database.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in **Bengali, Hindi, and English** (preferred).
- **Location**: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
