Experience: 1–2 Years | Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month based on site visits achieved

We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our dynamic real estate team You'll be the voice of our brand—connecting with clients, explaining property details, and helping them take the first step toward their dream home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential property buyers.
  • Explain project features, benefits, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update client data accurately in the CRM.
  • Follow up proactively to ensure maximum lead conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets to unlock top incentives
