Job Title: Sr. Telecaller Executive – Real Estate

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + Attractive Incentives up to ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Real Estate Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive (Female) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate high-quality leads, and schedule site visits for prospective clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn attractive incentives in addition to your salary. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and proven experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
  • Clearly explain property features, benefits, and special offers to clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion and high satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets to maximise incentive earnings.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in lead generation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
