**About the role**
Own paid growth across Google/Meta/YouTube (and scale to ASA/UAC). Drive installs, high-intent leads, and center walk-ins.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and run full-funnel campaigns (prospecting → retargeting) for **installs & leads**.
- Creative testing engine: briefs, hooks, variations, landing pages.
- Budget pacing, bid strategies, LTV-aware optimization, **CAC control**.
- Attribution & analytics**:GA4, GTM, MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust)**, cohort views.
- Playbook for hyperlocal (Goregaon/Borivali/Malad/Kandivali) + exam windows.
- Weekly dashboards and insights for founders/ops.
**Must-haves**
- 2-4 years in performance marketing (mobile/app preferred).
- Hands-on in Google Ads (Search/Performance Max/YouTube), Meta, GA4/GTM.
- Can structure campaigns, choose bidding, and debug tracking independently.
- Strong copy + basic creative direction; comfortable with spreadsheets.
**Good-to-have**
- ASA/UAC, Looker Studio, basic SQL, landing page CRO (Hotjar, A/B tools).
- EdTech or local-services growth experience.
**Targets / KPIs**
- CPI/CPL within targets, **LTV:CAC ≥ 3:1** for scaled cohorts, install → signup %, lead → enrolment %, ROAS for fee-based campaigns.
