Location Andheri West Mumbai Experience Any Agency experience or Direct to Consumer company s experience would be preferable Role Overview As our Performance Marketing Executive you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients You ll work with a collaborative team of marketing professionals in a fast-paced data-driven environment where your analytical mindset and creative approach will be valued and continuously developed Key Responsibilities Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn etc Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights to improve ROI Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search visibility Create and test various ad copies landing pages and CTAs to maximize conversion rates Generate comprehensive reports analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop effective marketing materials Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through performance achievements Requirements 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on performance campaigns Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms Google Ads Facebook Business Manager etc Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics KPIs and analytics tools Working knowledge of SEO SEM principles and best practices Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights from campaign performance Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Media Business or related field If you are passionate about digital marketing and have the skills to drive measurable results through strategic campaigns we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and relevant certifications to hr ktvpl com
