**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a **Performance Marketer**, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for our e-commerce clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, increasing traffic, and maximizing ROI through various digital channels.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Create, implement, and optimize performance-based campaigns on **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to ensure that objectives (sales, leads, website traffic) are met.
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bids for maximum results.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ads align with the brand and marketing objectives.
- **Data & Analytics**:

- Use tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Facebook Pixel** to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, reducing costs, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on performance data.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints.
- Ensure campaigns are running efficiently, maximizing ROI and reducing waste.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement long-term strategies for ongoing campaigns to increase conversions and optimize the overall performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in **digital marketing**, **e-commerce**, and **advertising technologies** to keep strategies relevant.

**Skills Required**:

- **1.5 - 2 years of experience** in **performance marketing**, **paid media**, or **digital advertising** (experience with e-commerce brands is a plus).
- Strong understanding of **Google Ads**, **Facebook/Instagram Ads**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of **delivering successful campaigns** that generate **positive ROI**.
- Excellent **analytical skills** to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to **work independently** and efficiently in a **remote setup**, ensuring high performance and quality work.
- Strong **attention to detail** and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- **E-commerce brand experience** is a plus but not mandatory.

**Location**:
**Salary**:

- **Project-Based Payout**: Payments will be made based on the completion of specific tasks or campaigns.
- **Range**: Depending on the complexity and scope of the campaign, payouts will vary between **₹X,XXX to ₹X,XXX per project** (adjust based on your budget and expected workload).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per year
