**Job Title: Performance Marketer**

**Location**: Lower Parel

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels. Your main goal will be to improve our digital presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions, ultimately boosting our revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO.
- **A/B Testing**:

- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- **Audience Targeting**:

- Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage past visitors and customers.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Track and report on budget spend and performance.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
