Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our US business. This role will focus on driving brand awareness and increasing inbound lead acquisition through highly effective digital campaigns. A strong bias for action, combined with experience in the US B2B market, is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and quantitative analysis to maximize ROI.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and issues using analytics platforms to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
- Set clear KPIs and targets, utilizing dashboards to track performance and drive ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team and cross-functional departments to experiment with new strategies and innovative approaches.
- Leverage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other performance-enhancing techniques to improve ad effectiveness.
- Enhance ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) across all marketing channels.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve business goals in a resource-effi cient manner.
What We’re Looking For
**Experience**:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, ideally in the B2B space.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns in the US market.
- Profi ciency in running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strong experience with B2B LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation tools like HubSpot and integration tools like Zapier.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio for performance tracking and optimization.
- Previous experience in the fi nancial services sector is a bonus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fi elds from a reputed institution.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a startup environment or at an agency is highly preferred
