**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our Skill based Education platform.
2. Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display, social media, media buying
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
5. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including campaign ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
6. Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and advertising partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
**Requirements**:
1. Managed Paid Ad spends of over $100k/mo
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
3. Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns, with expertise in PPC, media buying, and ad optimization.
4. In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and leverage campaign performance data to drive results.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
