**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Deriving marketing projections based on the campaign and audience research.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop integrated marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

**Applicant Preferences**
- Must be a graduate
- 1 year experience in performance marketing or related role
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
