**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead B2C user acquisition through paid platforms, primarily **Facebook**, **Instagram**, and **Push mediums**.
- Manage end-to-end execution of lead generation and brand awareness campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign management and lead nurturing.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in **Performance Marketing**.
- Proficiency in tools such as **Google Analytics**, **Facebook Ads Manager**, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with **CRM**, **CDP**, and **MMP** tools for lead management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive performance-based decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and A/B testing strategies.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any Graduate; **MBA preferred**.
