**Position Details**:

- **Role**:Performance marketing + SEO
- **Experience**: upto 3 yrs
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and improve conversion rates and user funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user experience optimization.
- Oversee campaign budgets for maximum effectiveness.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party platforms.
- Perform market research and stay updated on trends, tools, and competitor activity.
- Ensure quality lead generation aligned with sales goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other teams to meet business objectives.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
