Job Deliverables - Performance Marketing Executive

Deliverables:

- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various social, SEM, and display channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to execute Paid Search campaigns seamlessly.
- Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.
- Analyse and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Learn the business. Understand services to build effective keyword/campaign strategies.
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba, etc.

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job.
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- You have a solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics experience.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Bing, and E-Commerce Marketplace like Amazon, Alibaba, etc.
- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
