Role Overview

As our Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients. You'll work with a collaborative team of marketing professionals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your analytical mindset and creative approach will be valued and continuously developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights to improve ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search visibility
  • Create and test various ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates
  • Generate comprehensive reports analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop effective marketing materials
  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through performance achievements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on performance campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights from campaign performance
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
