About the role

Own paid growth across Google/Meta/YouTube (and scale to ASA/UAC). Drive installs, high-intent leads, and center walk-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run full-funnel campaigns (prospecting → retargeting) for installs & leads.
  • Creative testing engine: briefs, hooks, variations, landing pages.
  • Budget pacing, bid strategies, LTV-aware optimization, CAC control.
  • Attribution & analytics: GA4, GTM, MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), cohort views.
  • Playbook for hyperlocal (Goregaon/Borivali/Malad/Kandivali) + exam windows.
  • Weekly dashboards and insights for founders/ops.

Must-haves

  • 2–4 years in performance marketing (mobile/app preferred).
  • Hands-on in Google Ads (Search/Performance Max/YouTube), Meta, GA4/GTM.
  • Can structure campaigns, choose bidding, and debug tracking independently.
  • Strong copy + basic creative direction; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Good-to-have

  • ASA/UAC, Looker Studio, basic SQL, landing page CRO (Hotjar, A/B tools).
  • EdTech or local-services growth experience.

Targets / KPIs

  • CPI/CPL within targets, LTV:CAC ≥ 3:1 for scaled cohorts, install → signup %, lead → enrolment %, ROAS for fee-based campaigns.
