- Responsibilities:

- Service Relationship management.
- Creation, Handling and Follow-up on Quotations for Repairs, Spare Parts and other After-Sales Solutions.
- Acquire and maintain a high level of competency in the Service & Repair skills necessary to service & troubleshoot Automotive / Electronic products.
- Management of tool measuring Customers satisfaction relations.
- Working on the monitoring of dashboards
- Optimisation of competencies and knowledge.
- Maintaining the highest standards for quality, innovation and client focus
- Account management by following up on outstanding unpaid invoices.

Required Qualifications & Competencies for Aftersales Executive:

- Ensure Customers receive a premium Service Experience.
- Drive Retail Parts and Service loyalty to achieve Business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of automotive industry experience, ideally in a similar role, and a proven track record of success
- Resource and program management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,588.00 - ₹25,565.00 per month
