  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests for pet products and services
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for pet grooming, training, and veterinary consultations
  • Follow up with pet owners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain customer and pet records in CRM system with service history
  • Coordinate with grooming, training, and veterinary teams for timely service delivery
  • Conduct customer feedback calls to assess service quality and pet wellness outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for additional pet services, products, or wellness packages
  • Generate service reports and track customer satisfaction and pet health metrics
  • Manage service appointment calendar for grooming, training, and health check-ups
  • Proactively drive achievement of monthly targets for customer retention, service revenue, and satisfaction metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
