The after-sales coordinator uses their expertise in handling the after-sales duties and promotes sales duties and customer satisfaction
- The sales coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Tracking deliveries coordinating with the courier companies regarding the delivery schedule and notifying the customer of the same
- Sharing order confirmation and tracker with the customers.
- Preparing reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
