Position Sales ExecutiveQualification Graduate MBA in MarketingExperience Minimum 5 years Must have experience in the Food Beverage industry preferablywith tetra pack products Salary As per industry standardsJob Locations Jaipur Rajasthan and DelhiFunctional Area Sales Planning and DistributionProducts Flavoured Milk Protein Shakes etc We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the Food Beverage industry specifically with tetra pack products The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product launches establishing and managing distributor networks and driving sales performance in the assigned region Key Responsibilities - Lead the launch of new products and establish an effective distributor network - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and key clients - Provide ongoing support to clients including product information sales solutions and aftersales service - Monitor competitor activity and market developments to recommend new product opportunities and improvements - Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis - Ensure high standards of service and compliance with organizational policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities and campaigns - Willingness to travel extensively especially during new product launches or territory expansions Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG or Food Beverage sector - Prior experience in launching and selling tetra pack products is essential - Strong network of distributors and retailers in the assigned region - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in sales planning data analysis and reporting - Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently - Willingness to travel as per business needs ref updazz com
