**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Jaipur
**Salary**: Up to 35,000/month
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years
**Qualification**: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc (Science)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Coordination**
- Coordinate with the sales and execution teams for daily updates and activity tracking.
- Assist in aligning sales targets with project execution timelines.

**2. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, work orders, and dealer communications.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and project/program status.

**3. Customer & Dealer Interaction**
- Assist dealers in the preparation and submission of relevant documents.

**4. Internal Team Coordination**
- Work closely with the execution, supply chain, and accounts departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

**5. Portal/Software Handling**
- Operate and update project-specific portals as per **KUSUM-B** guidelines and other government-mandated systems.

**6. Site Monitoring & Progress Reporting**
- Monitor site-level details including work progress and government verification reports.

**7. Project Execution Support**
- Contribute expertise in solar EPC execution and understand the flow of solar pump project implementation.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective multitasking and time management
- Knowledge of solar pump project execution lifecycle
- Proficiency in handling government portals and documentation
