We are a fast-growing company in the **renewable energy sector**, with a strong portfolio of government solar plant installations across India. Our mission is to promote clean and sustainable energy through quality execution, compliance, and innovation. We are currently looking for a dedicated **Site Coordinator** to join our team and help manage on-site activities for solar power projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for solar project installations.
- Ensure that work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, and project timelines.
- Liaise between project management, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower and material availability and report daily progress to the Site Incharge/Project Manager.
- Assist in commissioning, inspection, and testing of solar power systems.
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards as per project and government guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, checklists, inspection records, and material usage logs.
- Support in handling logistics, permits, and government inspections as required.
- Identify on-site issues and escalate them promptly to the concerned team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE or EE)** or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in solar project execution preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems, components, and electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and site supervision practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in government solar projects (e.g., MNRE, SECI, state tenders).
- Knowledge of solar PV installation tools and quality inspection procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools.
