**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage site labor and subcontractors efficiently.
- Maintain site documentation including work permits, logs, and reports.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project timeline.
- Enforce company policies and procedures on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in [construction/engineering/industry-specific field].
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with site management tools and MS Office.
