*Job Description: Site Supervisor*

*Experience:*
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in civil construction on sites.

*Education:*
- Bachelor's degree, 12th Pass OR Diploma with more Experience

*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee and manage the deployment of labour on-site to meet project needs.
- Ensure effective allocation and supervision of labour and maintain quality of work to maintain productivity and adhere to project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractor, Architect, Site Engineer and Owners to understand Project requirements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work standards.
- Monitor and address any issues related to labour performance and site conditions with proper Execution of work.

*Additional Qualifications:*
- Strong understanding of construction processes and civil engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with workers, project managers, and other site personnel.
- Experience in handling on-site conflicts and ensuring smooth workflow.
- To take care of all the buyings of products which will be needed on site and to procure it from the desired source which will be informed by contractor or Owners.
