**Key Responsibilities**:
**Learning and Training**: Under the guidance of senior site supervisors, learn the fundamentals of construction management, project coordination, and site operations.

**Site Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

**Team Support**: Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

**Safety Awareness**: Participate actively in maintaining a safe and secure working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any concerns promptly.

**Documentation**: Assist in documenting daily activities, including progress updates, materials used, and any on-site issues encountered.

**Quality Control**: Learn to conduct inspections to verify work quality and identify any deviations from project requirements.

**Material Management**: Assist in coordinating the delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.

**Problem Solving**: Contribute to identifying and resolving on-site challenges, with guidance from experienced supervisors.

**Communication**: Foster clear communication with team members, reporting any updates or issues to senior supervisors and project managers.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for a career in construction and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminologies.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- good communication skills, both verbal and writen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
