Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests for pet products and services
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for pet grooming, training, and veterinary consultations
- Follow up with pet owners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain customer and pet records in CRM system with service history
- Coordinate with grooming, training, and veterinary teams for timely service delivery
- Conduct customer feedback calls to assess service quality and pet wellness outcomes
- Identify opportunities for additional pet services, products, or wellness packages
- Generate service reports and track customer satisfaction and pet health metrics
- Manage service appointment calendar for grooming, training, and health check-ups
- Proactively drive achievement of monthly targets for customer retention, service revenue, and satisfaction metrics

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
