As we expand our India operations, we’re looking for aseasoned Account / Customer Development Managerto manage and grow key UK accounts, focusing on commercial performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Purpose of the RoleTheAccount / Customer Development Managerwill be responsible for managing centralized and key UK accounts end-to-end — ensuring seamless coordination between commercial, operations, and logistics teams. This role demands strong account ownership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the FMCG or related industries.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn & Grow Key Accounts:Manage strategic UK accounts from onboarding to delivery and aftersales. Drive Commercial Excellence:Negotiate and implement commercial agreements that deliver profitability and sustainable growth. Expand Product Portfolio:Identify opportunities to introduce new SKUs and categories within existing customer bases. Lead NPDs:Coordinate New Product Development and range expansion from concept to launch. Build Client Relationships:Foster trust-based partnerships through proactive communication and reliable execution. Operational Leadership:Oversee order flow, logistics coordination, delivery schedules, and payment cycles.
