Join us in our mission to bring natural and nutritious food back to the table.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and articulate Sales Associate (FMCG) to lead our efforts in reaching out to Retail stores across Mumbai, including modern Trade, General Trade, retail chains, and residential societies. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility with pride.Must-Have Attributes- Prior experience in FMCG (food) with direct connections with retail stores pan Mumbai. - Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus - Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data - Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development role - Field-Readiness: Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events. - Time Management & Organisation: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently. - Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed. - Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.Good-to-Have Attributes- Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trends - Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations for clients - Flexible availability on weekends for events - Good with numbers - Enthusiastic about nutrition, health, and food startupsKey Responsibilities- Generate leads and onboard B2B clients, including cafés, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and corporates - Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence - Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel - Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution - Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions - Capture customer feedback and provide market insightsPerks- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven food startup - Strong career growth in sales, marketing, and brand management - Be part of a team that’s creating the future of clean-label nutrition in India - Financials are in line with the best in the industry for the right candidate
