The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. This role offers a competitive salary along with a performance-based commission structure.Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers. - Promote Dow sealant products by explaining features, benefits, and applications. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and follow-ups. - Generate leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and update daily reports. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients when required. - Ensure proper visibility and availability of the product in the assigned territory. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support. - Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support. - Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience are also encouraged to apply. - 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, sealants, adhesives, or hardware products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Basic knowledge of construction/interior material products is an added advantage.Benefits- Competitive monthly salary. - Attractive commission based on sales performance. - Travel allowance as per company policy. - Opportunity to grow within the organisation.
