Job Title: Sales Associate - Remote
Summary:
Panmedical is a digital health company that provides same day video consultation with a doctor. We offer primary care, specialists, mental health and second opinion services in India. Our clients are patients who directly pay for their consultation, or employers who provide coverage for doctor consultation services to their employees. Panmedical is ramping up sales and marketing to expand services across India.
We are looking for dynamic Sales Associates who will directly connect with patients and convert them into sales for online medical consultations with our doctors. They will also reach out to decision makers of small and medium size companies to sell coverage for medical consultation for their employees. Work can be done remotely on a part-time basis. Compensation will include a base amount, along with significant incentives based on actual sales.
**Responsibilities**:
Ability to clearly articulate our value proposition to patients in English and Hindi
Follow a methodical and disciplined go-to-market strategy to reach out to prospects
Discipline to stay on a consistent program, making sales strategy and outbound calls with high call volume
Primarily remote position; may have rare travel to a meeting (only if necessary)
Qualifications:
High quality communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic understanding of the sales and marketing process
Ability to use basic office tools to track and coordinate work (like Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
Minimum of Intermediate Level education (10+2); relevant higher education is a plus
Fast learner with a passion for sales
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
