**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the customer database is maintained.
- Ensure that customer appointment are taken and prepared as per process.
- Ensure that the pick-up and drop-off /courtesy car service is co-ordinates with service front office.
- Ensure that the service invoice is explained to the customer if no service advisor is available to handle the vehicle handover.
- Liaise with the company driver(s) for pick-up and drop-off of service customer vehicles. Ensure the “Pick-up Card” is correctly documented and signed by the customer.
- Ensure that workshop filed campaigns and customer campaigns are checked during the service appointment process and appropriately informed to the service team (as per the protocol formats).
- Maintain insurance policy database of customers and update to concerned in-house Insurance Executive for the insurance renewals.
- Ensure that a clear communication (with log) to customer is maintained and updated while the customer’s car is at the workshop.
- Prepare the daily and monthly service reports to the management.
- Follow up with the customers to increase response rate.
- Ensuring the compliance of Instant Feedback Forms from customers at the time of delivery of cars.

**Job Requirement**
- You must be from the automotive industry only specially from the cars industry
- Must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
