**What are we looking for ?**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers in the **packaging industry**. The role focuses on customer retention, identifying upselling opportunities, resolving client issues, and ensuring consistent satisfaction with our packaging solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key accounts in the packaging sector.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and expectations.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and ensure timely re-orders.
- Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new packaging products or solutions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales retention reports to management.
- Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Knowledge of packaging materials (e.g., corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, plastic, paperboard, etc.)
- Experience working with FMCG, pharma, or industrial clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
