The Whitepole Family is looking for Customer Relationship Executive. A CRM maintains an ongoing level of engagement with all customers, build trusting relationships and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image by giving prompt response.

Job Location: Delhi-Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura

**Salary**: Upto Rs 25000 per month.
- **Prior experience into any online shopping (Like Amazon,Flipkart or any other ) website will be an added advantage.**_

**Jo b Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with all customers.
- Receiving all inbound and making calls to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

**Customer Relationship Manager Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
