**Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive (Pacific Mall Jasola)**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our mall operations team. This role is responsible for enhancing the overall visitor experience, building strong relationships with retailers and customers, and managing customer service operations including grievance handling and MIS maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive **new customer registrations** through engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update the **database of in-hand vouchers** and redemptions.
- Build and maintain strong **public relations with all retailers** within the mall.
- Enhance the **customer experience** by implementing and monitoring service standards across cleanliness, security, and assistance.
- Maintain effective **customer connect** and ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
- Keep daily records and update **customer MIS**, including queries, feedback, and redressal actions.
- Assist in organizing mall **events and activations**, ensuring alignment with brand image and enhancing footfall experience.
- Ensure proper **documentation** and tracking of all customer interactions and service issues.
- Implement **customer retention strategies** to improve loyalty and repeat visits.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or retail background preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in **customer service, front desk**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel and MIS reporting**.
- Ability to handle **customer grievances calmly and effectively** via multiple channels.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
