- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:Identify potential clients, reach out via calls, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- **Communication & Coordination**:Clearly communicate with clients and coordinate with the plant dispatch team for smooth order processing.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:Confidently explain our product benefits, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- **Understanding Business Nuances**:Learn and understand manufacturing, logistics, and payment processes to provide better customer service.
- **Follow-ups & Payment Collection**:Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and assist in managing payment collections.
- **Skills & Qualifications**:_
- **Street-smart & Confident**:Ability to handle sales conversations effectively.
- **Strong Communication**:Hindi fluency is a must; basic English is required.
- **Sales-Driven Mindset**:Passionate about making a career in sales.
- **Basic Business & Manufacturing Knowledge**:Understanding of business processes, dispatch, and payments.
- **Tele-Sales Expertise**:Experience in tele-calling or inside sales is a plus.
