
Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Stay updated on product features and updates.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement and areas of excellence. Relay this feedback to the relevant departments for product/service enhancement.
**Customer Education**: Educate customers about the features, benefits, and usage of our products or services. Provide assistance and guidance to customers who may require additional support.
**Order Processing**:Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges as required.
**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system. Ensure that all interactions and transactions are documented.
**Cross-selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with the customer's needs, potentially increasing sales and revenue.
**Customer Retention**: Implement strategies to retain and strengthen customer loyalty. Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
**Reporting**: Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to assist in making data-driven decisions for the improvement of customer service.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
