Customer Relationship Executive

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining and strengthening a company's relationship with its international customers. This role involves interacting with abroad clients to ensure their satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting sales and service efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to international customers inquiries via Phone, Email, Whatsapp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, orders, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare Quotation as per customer enquiry and submit follow up till deal is won.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchase support) to ensure seamless service in timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders to Purchase team to start Procurement and make sure timeline of order fulfilment is met.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and satisfaction levels for management review.
- Help new customers understand products, services and ensure smooth onboarding.
